The unique bend of the SA250 shrimp hook makes it suited to bendbacks and other hook-up style flies. There is plenty of gap to work with and the straight shelf at the front of the hook provides plenty of space for tying on material. The hook also works great for a Clouser variation with the eyes placed just past where the bend starts.
