Our goal is that you are 100% satisfied with your purchases at Orlando Outfitters. With a couple exceptions (see below), if you wish to return items for any reason we are happy to exchange or refund your purchase.
Items must be shipped back to Orlando Outfitters within two weeks of receipt and must be in original condition in the original packaging, with all warranty cards, instructions etc. Your refund will be for the original price of your product(s). If your return is because of a mistake on the part of Orlando Outfitters, shipping costs will be refunded as well. We recommend that you insure any shipments back to us, especially when expensive items are included.
If you have anything you would like to return or exchange please contact us and we will work out the details. You can get in touch with us via phone (407.896.8220), reply to your order confirmation emails, or fill out our contact form. If your order was paid for through our website we can typically just put the refund back on the card used in the original purchase. If you paid with a credit card over the phone (in which case we will not have your credit card information on hand), or if you would prefer the money not go on the card used in the original purchase, then we can issue your refund via check, give you store credit, or you can supply us with credit card information for the refund.Your refund will be given within 24 hours of receiving your return shipment at Orlando Outfitters.
If you are exchanging a product, we will need to receive your return before issuing credit. We can do either of the following:
- Hold the product you wish to exchange for until your return arrives then ship out the new product.
- Charge you for the new product and ship it out immediately then issue you a refund when your return shipment is received.
We regret that we are not able to take returns on special orders.
