Orlando Outfitters is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually working to improve the user experience for all and applying the relevant accessibility standards.
The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) defines requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. It defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA. Orlando Outfitters is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 level AA. Partially conformant means that some parts of the content do not fully conform to the accessibility standard.
orlandooutfitters.com uses a variety of website accessibility tools to test and maintain accessibility. In addition, we perform manual checks of website code at intervals to ensure that program-generated fixes are applied appropriately.
Limitations and Ongoing Work
Despite our best efforts to ensure accessibility of Orlando Outfitters, there may be some limitations. Our website is built on shopify.com framework and much of the underlying code is inaccessible to us. In the case that compliance issues are part of the Shopify code we will work around them to the best of our ability but do not have the ability to fix the underlying problems.
Please contact us if you observe an issue affecting accessibility. We will do our best to remedy the problem. In the case that a fix is not possible we will note the problem and any possible workaround.
We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of the Orlando Outfitters website. Please let us know if you encounter accessibility barriers on orlandooutfitters.com. We try to respond to feedback within 3 business days.
